Currently, The Firm Is Working With K Hemani Group Of Builders On An Entire Tower And Is Taking Care Of The Internal Designing Along With The Sample Flat. Beside Designing The Tower, The Firm Is Majorly Focusing On All The Practical Aspects And Design Such As The Services, Electricals, Kitchen And Toilets, So That The Buyers Don’t Have To Bother About Alterations In The Flats.
We Did A 1,650sq Ft. Charitable Project For Waghad Trust. The Project Required To Design An OPD Centre. Our Work Was Highly Appreciated And Honored By The President And All Other Members Of The Trust.
The Firm Entered The Builder’s Lobby And Designed A Twenty Floor Tower Internally Including The Lobby As Well. Sample Flat, Sales Office And Club House For Ashar Realtors.
In 2002, The Times Of India Felicitated Mr. Balraj J Thethi With A Full-page Coverage In Their Main Supplement As A Mark Of Felicitation For His Extraordinary Designing At Shera Fine Dine, A Restaurant Located In Mumbai City And Dr. Ajit Shetty’s Residence. The Highlight Of The Felicitation Was, The Times Of India Named Mr. Balraj J Thethi, The Ceiling-wala. They Observed Uniqueness In His Way Of Designing The Ceiling, Which Also Is His Companies Forte.
